Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy kit from the Kit Sale on steveslife.com.

Who you're buying from

Items are sold by volunteers on behalf of the Junior Girls section of Sutton & Epsom Rugby Football Club. All money raised goes to the section. Most items are pre-loved kit donated by club families.

The items

• Items are second-hand unless the listing says otherwise. Each listing shows real photos, the size and an honest description of the condition.
• Each item is one of a kind. When you start paying, the item is held for you for 30 minutes. If payment isn't completed, it goes back on sale.
• Prices are in pounds sterling. Postage, if you choose it, is shown before you pay.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.

Collection and delivery

• Collect at the club: free. We'll email you to arrange collection at training or on a match day. If you can't collect within 4 weeks, let us know and we'll offer postage or a refund.
• Royal Mail / courier: UK addresses only. We aim to post within 5 working days and will email you when it's sent.

Returns and refunds

• If an item isn't as described, or arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll give you a full refund, including postage. We'll also cover the cost of sending it back.
• If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days in the same condition you received it. We'll refund the item price once it's back with us. Return postage is your responsibility.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
